A proposal of minimalist features with pure volumes. The vertical axis of the front façade frames, through the glass, like a large painting, the green wall on the inner side, a living element that transforms the façade every season. The cantilever of the second floor over the first creates a veranda that provides circulation through the external environment, even on rainy days. In summer, it lets in light, but not heat, and in winter, where the sun’s inclination is lower, it lets in the sun’s rays to heat and light up the interior of the home.
