The headquarters of Maiquel Oliveira Imóveis underwent a renovation project that transformed an old house into a contemporary and vibrant commercial store, reflecting the young and innovative spirit of the company. The project included the efficient distribution of employees at workstations, in addition to spaces such as an external service deck, gourmet space, service rooms, marketing, meetings, financing and board. The colors used on the façade reinforce the brand’s identity and stand out in the urban context, harmonizing with the proposed landscaping.
