The essence of “ladrillo”. Inspired by Uruguayan architectural details that use solid brick, the proposal sought to offer a functional, complete and comfortable home. With a volumetry rich in texture and materials, we created two volumes perfectly fitted and distinct in their functions. The first, on the ground floor, is dedicated to social interaction, where sharing moments with family and friends was our main inspiration. The second volume is intended for intimacy, housing three suites. In this space, the importance of sunlight led us to use a solid brick brise, harmonizing aesthetics and functionality.
