The facade of the Corinto Residence features a double-height ceiling, which gives the interior space a sense of spaciousness and freedom. The exposed concrete volume contrasts elegantly with a neutral color palette, creating a balanced and sophisticated visual composition.

The integration of natural light is a fundamental aspect of this project. The façade, designed with large spans, allows natural light to penetrate the social area of the residence. Its organic landscaping accompanies the access to the facade, allowing for a harmonious integration between the residence and the green area. A palm tree balances the volumes of the facade structure.
