The Bonaire Residence displays, through its volumetry, the solidity of the building and the grandeur of its presentation on the main façade. The rigidity of the materiality of natural stone, exposed concrete, and glass is attenuated by the colors of the landscaping, creating a harmonious and unique setting.

The volumetric composition also works, in a dynamic way, with scenes that move between full and empty spaces, planes and volumes, light and shadow. The sober tones that transition between gray and black on the façade are repeated in the interior design, in a way that reaffirms the identity of the project as a whole.
